It depends on the airline what that is. On mine, it's anywhere in the world we and our connection carriers fly for free. In general you pay 10% of the full coach fare (called an ID-90), but there are other agreements in place between airlines for a larger discount. With our alliance partners we get ID-96 (pay 4%) and with some codeshare partners it's an ID-95 (pay 5%). Q. What skills are necessary for airline customer service agent/ticketing? Asked by Reana T - Fri Dec 7 18:01:56 2007 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments A. Computer skills. Working with people under stressful situations. Multi-tasking. Patience with upset PAX who's flight got cancelled. Keeping your temper in check when some idiot missed their flight because they were late to the airport and tries to take it out on you. Ability to lift 50 pounds, over, and over, and over. Ability to deal with smart-a** flight crews. (Some airports are set up in a way that bring the flight crews and ground staff together often, and if you're controlling a flight, you'll be in direct contact with the crew.) And you have to pass a background check. Answered by gromit801 - Fri Dec 7 18:26:05 2007 From Yahoo Answer Search: "ticketing" |
